"Love, Courage, Solidarity" highlights the leaps modern athletes are making towards social progress and change in contemporary sports. The article lists significant events in which athletes flew over hurdles of precedent in order to create a safe space for everyone existing on a spectrum of interlocking rings of identity and lived experience.
